CPD Lecture – Corporate Manslaughter
Corporate Manslaughter is a crime committed by a corporate body in several jurisdictions. Companies and Organizations can be prosecuted for corporate manslaughter as a result of serious management failures resulting in a gross breach of a duty of care towards their employees. In the UK, The Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007 c19 came into effect in the UK on 6 April 2008.
